Epsom Salt Full Bath

1 cups Epsom Salt

1/4 cup Baking Soda

7 – 10 drops essential oil

If you really want to up ante, drop in some crystals. Soak for 15 to 30 minutes.

Epsom Salt Foot Bath

1 cup Epsom Salt

2 Tablespoons Baking Soda

3 – 4 drops essential oil

Soak for about 30 minutes.

Massage for Muscles

2 Teaspoons Carrier Oil (Avocado or Olive Oil)

3 – 4 drops of an Essential Oil or Essential Oil Blend
