Ash Marshall-O'Dell holds a master’s degree in teaching and has been an educator for eleven years. She is also an author, coach, Reiki Master and teacher, healer, intuitive, and empath. She helps clients to heal through energy work, awareness, and mindfulness practices to release blocks, programs, and patterns. She also helps them to connect more deeply to themselves for insight, clarity, and more ease. Ashley’s own healing journey began six years ago as she worked to heal her own mind, body, and emotions. From this journey her passionate purpose arose - to help others to heal and to learn about and become more deeply aware of and connected to themselves mind, body, and spirit through education and self empowerment.
